Author Guidelines for Online Journal Publication

1. General Instructions

  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English.
  • Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished work and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • File Format: Submit in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
  • Length: 4,000–7,000 words.

2. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts must be arranged in the following order:

Title Page

  • Title (16pt, Bold, Title Case, Centered)
  • Subtitle (if any, Italic, 14pt)
  • Author Names (First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name)
  • Affiliation(s): Department, Institution, City, Country
  • ORCID ID (optional but encouraged)
  • Corresponding Author’s Email

Abstract

  • 150–250 words
  • State research purpose, methodology, key findings, and significance.
  • Avoid citations.

Keywords

4–6 keywords, listed alphabetically, separated by commas.

Main Text

Use the following IMRaD (Introduction, Methodology, Results, and, Discussion) structure:

  • Introduction: Context, research gap, and objectives.
  • Literature Review (if separate).
  • Methodology: Design, participants, instruments, procedures, analysis.
  • Results: Findings supported by tables/figures.
  • Discussion: Interpretation, comparison with past research, implications.
  • Conclusion & Recommendations: Summary and practical/academic relevance.
  • Acknowledgments (optional) — mention contributors, funding agencies, or institutions.

References

  • APA 7th edition style (preferred).
  • Ensure all in-text citations appear in the reference list.

3. Formatting Requirements

  • Page Setup: A4, single column, 1-inch margins all around.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12pt, justified.
  • Line Spacing: 1.5 throughout (including references).
  • Paragraphs: Indent first line by 0.5”.

Headings

  • Level 1: Bold, 14pt
  • Level 2: Bold Italic, 12pt
  • Level 3: Italic, 12pt

Tables & Figures

  • Number sequentially (Table 1, Table 2; Figure 1, Figure 2).
  • Titles above tables, captions below figures.
  • Centered, with source noted if applicable.

4. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts should be uploaded via the online journal portal.
  • Each submission will receive a unique Paper ID for tracking.
  • Peer Review: All articles undergo double-blind peer review.
  • Decision Timeline: Initial editorial screening (1 week), peer review (4–6 weeks).

5. Ethical Considerations

  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited (similarity index should not exceed 15%).
  • Authors must disclose conflicts of interest.
  • For studies involving human participants, ethical approval details must be stated.

6. Additional Notes

  • Supplementary Materials (data sets, appendices) may be included.
  • Authors are encouraged to provide short bios (100 words) for the journal website.
  • After acceptance, authors must submit a revised version if requested.
